I totally cried when Nova asked me to photograph her & her husband during her pregnancy. When I became a mother, she was there…both times – as a doula, a photographer, and as a friend. So you can imagine how it feels to be a part of her journey into motherhood. I saw her in the begining of her pregnancy but hadn’t seen her in months until we met for the session. I was not surprised that she looked as great as she did since I consider her to be one of the loveliest women I know, in all definitions of the word.
